Summer 2025 _ Not just another Paradigm Shift at the Expense of your Spirit
Right now I am exploring all the seasonal wellness modalities. Travel, outside time, sunshine, al fresco dining, bottle service near the coast, summer jams, playing hooky from work, showing a little skin! The list is an infinite scroll of novelties. Hype for the summer is rooted in the power of the sun to transform and the neurotic energy we can harvest within the human body.
Starting now I am going to focus my body energy on Southern California. I feel like this is the most psychological place that I personally have ever lived, thus I wish to verify the connection between mind and body during this warmer time of the month. During this journey of making the old new again, am hoping to discover unknown vistas of self. Realizing and savoring these many different connections between the known and unknown the hopeful and the greedy is a new way of being for me. This growth is how and why I can call SoCal "psychological"
Many might not agree because of the end less traffic and the vapid conversations. However, consciousness does not begin the in the brain, in fact the body might be the juggernaut of a new paradigm for respecting consciousness as the opposite of matter. It is not observable because infact it is the experience itself.
In my humble opinion Los Angeles is a top model of experiential awareness. The content of our own minds proves to be an ongoing obsession for the world. There is no content that my mind is more looking forward to than the opening of the Lucas Museum in Los Angeles 2026! This is going to be an homage to narrative art.
Let's unpack exactly how content, narrative art, and consciousness interact. I will conduct an experiment with a monthly meditation that will include gummies in moderation. The purpose of this experiment is to understand if visibly reducing muscle tension and heart rate can encourage more sound mental visualization, and allow access to more imaginative areas of the brain. I will plot the results of this experiment in a 2 X 2 matrix.
